Elited.net has posted a preview of Harbinger, the upcoming futuristic action RPG published by DreamCatcher Software. Here's an excerpt:
Enemies include Vantir Grunts, Infantry, and Shock Troopers. These guys have weapons that are axe like and can also shoot beams at you. The Vantir have formed the Ontis Corporation, where they sell Vantirs to groups they wish to see succeed. The Vantir are heavy duty fighting machines. You might also bump into some Cimicidae. These are spider like creatures who are ruthless and cannibalistic. Easy kill, I might add. I also had the pleasure of meeting a Walker M86U, these R2D2 looking robots are very hard to kill, and their lasers are extremely deadly. Watch out for them. These are just a few of the many enemies that you will be facing in Harbinger. Gladman also told us, "there are more than 65 unique enemies including a number of extremely challenging bosses. The spawning animations for many of these enemies need to be seen!"

As you collect items from your dead enemies, you can bring them back to Ona and sell/trade them. These enemies drop health, mines, bug zappers, uan, etc. Some things you can use, and others are only for another character. Of course, you can only carry a limited supply of items, so you must decide what to carry and what to leave. At times you will find a console to store extra items that you have found, and they will all be there on your next visit to Ona.
