Period. Ultima 9 - Ascension: 4/10 points Well, what can I say? I bet anyone giving it more than 6 (the graphics are undoubtedly ok) has never played (AND loved) "The Black Gate" (and I'm not talking about tech issues, I wouldn't even have noticed them if the game had been worthy of his name) and the other Ultimas. Let's be straight: after playing Ascension I miss Ultima 8, which in comparison to this one is a shining example of an Ultima.
