1) The Star Wars: Galaxies FAQ has been updated with entry no. 4.22 which reads: "How many skills and professions will be in the game?". Answer inside, of course.

2) A new concept artwork has been released along with today's "StarWarsGalaxies.com Newsletter #11". We've uploaded it to our galleries. Check it out right here.

3) The newsletter also included the following development/community update from Kevin "Q-3PO" O'Hara (Community Relations Manager):
In December, our community surpassed 100,000 registered users. Thanks to all of you who have helped us to grow so rapidly. Not only do we have one of the best communities built around a game in production, we also have one of the biggest.
On the site, last month started with a Developer's Chat where the planet of Endor was revealed to be our 5th planet in production (Tatooine, Naboo, Corellia and Yavin 4 being the other ones). Fans were later treated to an in-depth behind the scenes article on Motion Capture. Station writer Clayton Kroh put together a four page report on how we do our human-type animations in the game with images from the actual motion capture session.

Behind the scenes, Star Wars Galaxies met another internal milestone. We have combat, creature spawning and some cities working. We are considered right on track for releasing on time.

In January we begin ramping up both production and marketing for the game. Look for additional screenshots as well as more FAQs, polls, team comments and part two of the Motion Capture article.
