GameSpy: We've heard that one of the most requested items in City of Heroes is capes. Is demand the reason why capes are being introduced in the second free expansion?

Jack Emmert: This is actually something we had planned for a long time. We knew that the technology was going to take a while to get the result we really wanted, so we released the game without capes and kept working on it. It certainly makes sense that capes have been in demand; after all, many of comic books' most iconic characters wear capes.
