That's right. In my honest opinion, hackers are Evil. They try to use and abuse a system for their own gain, leaving the normal, non-cheating gamers to suffer the consequences of the hacker's actions. Longer loading times, more crashes and restrictions in game that are meant to stop hackers, but strike the non-hackers just as hard.
