Here's something about the Vitals: Vitals are inhabitants of woods and swamps, masters of numerous forest creatures, ranging from minor insects to fierce beasts. They can easily summon swarms of insects which, although weak alone, together present a grave danger to their opponents. Vitals have a nasty, treacherous demeanor, and also a fine supply of cunning enchantments. Vitals have a keen sense of life in every being and have power to influence and modify it.
