That said, the fighting mechanics for Fable: The Lost Chapters are definitely better than they were in the smaller Xbox version of the game. This is actually fairly unusual for a game of this type. I've found over the years that I usually prefer to play third person action games, especially ones with swords and sorcery, on the consoles. But here we have a PC version that has trumped the consoles with a couple of new hotkey features and the ability to cast a spell while maintaining a grip on your martial weapon.
