Gamerz-Edge reviewer, Paul Ross, releases his highly remarkable and very obviously rave review re Lionhead's Fable: The Lost Chapters, which earns itself an overall 9.6 out of 10 rating in Paul's book...
Depth
You’ll need a full set of S.C.U.B.A. gear to see just how deep this game is! You have a barrage of choices that you can make, and each one alters both the story and your character. Not since “Chrono Trigger” for the SNES have I been this excited about the number of possibilities that a game holds, and I am very anxious to replay it again and see how different it really can be. On top of what you saw in Fable on Xbox, Fable: The Lost Chapters features even more content. If you loved it on Xbox, it is worth picking up again for PC.
Fun Factor
Lionhead scores bigtime with this title. Fable: The Lost Chapters. Is very fun! While playing straight through can be pretty fast, the number of different things you can do make you want to play through over and over again. This is bad for me, because I spend too much time playing Fable when I should be reviewing other games. This is good for you, because you get a game that is fun, and remains fun for quite a while!
Overall Comment
What more can I say? Fable: The Lost Chapters is a winner. Go buy a copy! Buy a backup. Buy one for your grandmother. I’d write more, but I’m going to go play it some more instead. |
