Here's the usual bit: Although seemingly similar to its predecessor, Summoner 2 offers a variety of differences between itself and the former in both gameplay and characters. For those of us who played the first Summoner, controlling Pava will be an entirely new experience. Unlike Joseph, Pava will give players an entirely new perspective on each scenario; instead of beginning the game as a land-dwelling farmer, players will find themselves in a role of elegance as Queen of Halassar, and in so opinions and personalities of each character differ much as Joseph felt distaste for his role, whereas Pava revels in it.
