Morrowind Mods: Akaviri Settlement update and new story bits

Daria has posted the chapter 2 of the story of his mod at this thread, check it out.
About the mod development, here's the update:
Percentage-wise I would say the exterior is now 60% completed, interiors about 2%, dialogue and scripting 1%, race and character models 0%

Should be able to wrap up the exterior work fairly quickly once I recieve a few key pieces from the extremely kind contributors.
