Knight Shift has a great tutorial built into the gameplay of the initial single player campaign. This eases you into the vast wealth of command options available to you. As you progress through the game it gets harder and your options and strategies available to you get more complex as well. Also as you progress through missions you will learn more and more about the story of Prince John's quest to retake his throne. The game has a great sense of humor, which you will notice right off the bat as soon as you need to go to "Hardware Island" to pick up your first shield and sword.
