It seems that people are experiencing a few problems with the form that we didn't catch. We're going to take the form down to make the repairs, so please check back Monday. I really appreciate the detailed and helpful information you've been providing. It's giving us a very good idea who's thorough with respect to their testing, which is certainly a good thing to know. *wink* Mail is still going out, so please wait until after the weekend before you panic over not having received your copy.
