Your prayer has been answered by Haemimont Games, who have given us The Punic Wars: A Clash of Two Empires. This is a game set in the ever-popular era in which Rome and Carthage were vying for control of the "world" as they knew it. The game, while fairly similar in feel to countless other RTS games that have been released upon the gaming public, does contain a few elements that try to push the genre beyond its relatively predictable boundaries.
