Bottom line: Himalaya has done a bang-up job, and the game will be well worth the wait. Al Emmo & the Lost Dutchman's Mine has all the makings of a classic adventure game—good story, humorous dialogue, lots of interactivity, beautiful graphics and great gameplay. Personally, I can't wait to play the rest of the game.

Himalaya Studios is planning to release a demo—containing the entire first chapter—sometime this month. The full game is scheduled for the end of this month.
