A new Santa Monica, California game developer named Trilogy Studios has revealed its presence with plans to develop new games for PC and consoles. The co-founders include former EALA members Mark Skaggs (Command and Conquer) and Rick Giolito (Medal of Honor) along with former VUGames VP Michael Pole. The company's web site contains a press release stating that Trilogy has already received nearly $3 million in private funding for the start up. While details on the first game from the new company are not on the site, this GameSpot story reveals that it will be a RPG-FPS hybrid that will use Epic's Unreal Engine.
