NW Vault is pointing out a thread by Steel_Wind on the DragonLance Adventures forums that confirms they are working with BioWare's Digital Distribution program:
So what is it that we’ve been doing all this time? Why have the screenies stopped and news on DLA1’s progress ground to a halt?

Its pretty simple really – we’ve been creating content for use by BioWare and their module authors for use in several yet-to-be-announced titles. And we have been doing so since before last Christmas. We got busy about it over the spring and the entire team has been at it since May. I use the word “content” to refer to some, all or none of: sound, music, code, textures, body parts, tiles, tilesets, creatures, placeables, VFX’s, portraits, 2das, animations and all the rest that comes with making the content for NWN modules.

So that’s what we’ve been up to. And we have been awfully busy at it too. We believe that the volume of content is extremely substantial, the quality of it is at the highest level we’ve ever done (and it’s not even close, really) and the nature of most of it will come as a complete surprise to you all.
