To all those playing on Refuge server, I want to apologize for the technical issues that kept the launch of the new server from going as planned. There has been a lot of confusion, but we have isolated two major issues with the new server; a problem with building management, and the fact that players were able to bring the contents of their Bank with them from other servers. I want to be as candid as possible with you, in the hopes that I can shed light on the situation and explain the steps we are taking to eliminate these issues. I assure you, we are doing our utmost to ensure that these problems get fixed, and quickly.
