A Bloodmoon interview has been posted at Gaming Illustrated. They talk to Bloodmoon producer Ashley Cheng:
G.I. : What are the pros and cons of becoming a werewolf?

Ashley Cheng: Pros: You are a killing machine with enhanced stats and abilities. You can detect NPCs on your local map. You get crazed dreams every night; some of which are quests assigned to you by Hircine.

Cons: You must feed your bloodlust every night – kill one NPC each night otherwise you lose health every hour. No one will talk to you; Guards attack you on sight. Beware of silver weapons – they do bonus damage to you.
By the way: there are some known problems with Tribunal and Bloodmoon (if they are loaded together), and a patch is expected to be released soon.
