The Wargamer has posted up a lengthy review of 'Star Wars: Galaxies'.

Here's a snip:
Star Wars Galaxies, being so young, is lower on content than many MMORPGs on the market, and this does hurt it some early on. There are mission terminals with destroy and delivery missions, offering missions for neutrals, Imperials or Rebels, depending on the type of terminal. There's also the simple go out, camp a spot, and hunt some. There are dungeons of a sort, and theme parks like Jabba's Palace, and there's not much more at the moment. Not to say this isn't much, but it's lacking quite a bit compared to the content offered in the ancient EverQuest and could put off some players early on, thinking they've exhausted the possibilities. There's plenty of content on the way, of course, and this should change in the near future, and drastically so further along.
