Basically this mod provides new faces for most races in Morrowind:
Dark Elves Heroes:
81 new hairstyles, 23 new faces
48 direct npcs faces & hair changes
esm technology (no upgrade or plugin change problems)

feature the *complete* work of

Don Salus
Zuldazug
Arathrax
Astarsis (hairstyles)
nomad (hairstyles)
Sheikizza (hairstyles)
Lorathiel (hairstyles)

And "Basic Replace"

Full coverage of nords - breton - wood elves - imperial
partial coverage of redgards
a temporary yet complete solution until I complete extensive coverage of those races
