All you need to do is open the file "nwplayer.ini" and then change the following entries from: - Memory Level=0 - Memory Access=0 to - Memory Level=1 - Memory Access=1 Next time you launch the game, you'll find a gore slider in the options menu which lets you set how much blood and gore you want to see.
