Especially concerning deekin the kobold bard. My character is a monk...who has specialised into a shadowdancer. My main henchman has been the "useless" kobold. 1) Bardic song is real nice to have in combat (nice stat booster) and 2) its nice to have a henchman that is bit different from the usual hechman mold ( and deekin kinda reminds me of minsc from the baldurs gate series).
