Elder Scrolls 3 - Morrowind: 8/10 points |
I agree with most of the good points mentioned in the reviews here. But in my opinion the game is good but not perfect.
The graphics are great, but the world is too static. All NPCs just stand or walk around like stupids and I hate that most of them tell me exactly the same things over and over again. And The quest journal is just horrible. But that should be fixed in the add-on as I heard.
The magic system is complex and really good done. What I don't like in it is that the amount of spells you can have can be overwhelming. It should be possible to delete spells that you don't want any more.
Also the amount of items can be overwhelming. It sometimes hard work to find the right potions or scrolls in your inventory!
Fighting is too easy in higher levels, and it is too much hassle to switch between fighting and magic during combat.
But overall morrowind is a good game that takes you deep into another world. And that the reason I play games like this! |
