This module seems to be a long and simple dungeon crawl, suitable for groups of 3+ heroes. This mod is apparently a tribute to various early hackfest CRPGs that I can't say I saw, but it certainly does remind one of home-grown D+D from the early 80s. Zeran is based on the "oscillation" model where one delves in the dungeon, goes back to town, delves etc. At first this looked like a no-plot/no-brainer, and I confess I was dissapointed with the early levels, but boy was I in for a surprise.
