It affects the bard's power pool, and most of the bard's spells. The direct damage spell in the music line, however, was affected by empathy, not charisma. We have decided to change this; instead of having that single exception to the rule, after the next patch, ALL bardic spells will be affected only by charisma. We wanted to let you know our intent in this matter before anyone started looking for empathy gear!
