I waited forever once the demo came out, played the demo countless times, and then missed massive ammounts of school playing it. Fallout 2: 9/10 points One of the best bad sequels ever made. It added a great deal of variety over the first Fallout. There was truly the ability to go through the game without too much gunfighting, focussing on stealing or talking. It would have far surpassed Fallout 1 and deserved like an "11" if only they had shipped a complete product that didn't require a large series of patches to actually make the game playable.
