Harbinger must be one of the most reviewed RPGs lately - here's another one, this time at Videogamenews. They offer no numerical rating, but award the game with a "Thumbs up" instead, and a quite positive conclusion:
For some people, Harbinger may be too dull. It doesn't offer the intelligent real-time combat situations or team combat that tactical titles employ. But I think the majority of people will enjoy the game, simply because it's easy to get into, has a fair amount of replay value with the various races, contains an interesting story line, and doesn't try to be more than it is. I think it's worth picking up, as I enjoyed it.
