Sony Online Entertainment has released Depths of Darkhollow today, the tenth expansion for EverQuest in the massive multiplayer online game's six-year history, and one of the more ambitious. Like all of the expansions before it, this one adds new zones and plenty of new creatures to kill and loot to gain. However, Sony is throwing in twists on the game beyond the usual hack and slash that are either going to be huge hits with its fan base or big flops.
