Baldur's Gate: 10/10 points |
I thought, and still think Baldurs Gate is one of thee best if not THE best Isometric RPG to date. As for 3D RPGs... Well lets just say many have come close but none have taken the cake. :) |
Baldur's Gate 2 - Shadows of Amn: 10/10 points |
I still play this one today. Although well done, I wish it would of stuck with some of the features found in BG 1. Like the various maps to explore, and hidden areas. Over all this has to be right up with the top 5 of all times. |
Dark Age of Camelot: 3/10 points |
Not much to say here.... I think everyone before me about summed it up as well as I could. Nietchse said what I think most people felt. To bad really. Chalk this one up for the "Could of been so much better" area. |

This one was ok I guess, I wouldn't give it too high of a rating though. There where some better ones I think right around same time. :) Did have some nifty features though. |
Dungeon Siege: 5/10 points |
Talk about some eye candy eh?! Looks awesome, but thats about where it stops. It to often reminds me of Diablo 2. It's one of thoughs games I'll play for a few weeks, and then stick up on the shelf and watch it collect dust. Fun, but gets boring real fast, like Diablo 1-2. I pray the editor will keep it above water for at least the rest of the year. |

Oh the sleepless nights of playing this one! This is one of few that made me jump, gringe, and laugh at the same time. I will always have a clean spot on my shelf for this bad boy. I'll never forget the first time I shot a guard throug the neck with an arrow. I still hear the silence..... |
Ultima 9 - Ascension: 8/10 points |
I still weep for this one. Oh how it could of been so GREAT! But, it flopped, like a huge flap-jack. I play it from time to time still. I hope one day someone will get the rights to remake this one the way it should of been done. I liked the 3D view, the graphics where not half bad for its time, but the story, the glitchs, the bugs, and the more bugs.... Ok, i'll stop there. :) |
