Deus Ex: Invisible War has enjoyed a favourable string of reviews of late and that continues with VideoGamesLife posting some positive prose:
What did you like about Deus Ex? Yes, there was a lot to enjoy, and the experience as a whole was mightily impressive, but what did you like specifically? It’s a key question in establishing your enjoyment of the long-awaited sequel Invisible War, as despite it being a technically stunning title, numerous areas have been sacrificed in order to refine others.

The result is a smaller game, definitely. A more streamlined, tighter game than the epic, sprawling original. But, if you like the sort of thing Deus Ex has evolved into – and the next 2000 words shall aim to describe this – there’ll be minimal barriers to your enjoyment. So. What did you like about Deus Ex? And what do you want to revisit in the sequel?
The score is 91% and read it all here.
