Neverwinter Vault's Maximus wraps up his visit to Obsidian Studios in the third and final report:
7) Can you talk about some of your plans for the NWN2 community and when will you be starting to carry them out?
Our plans are closely guarded secret. I could tell you but then I'd have to kill you. Ok, well not so much. Actually what we plan on doing up until launch is having a monthly theme that will have a number of different parts to it. Our goal is to get all the various community sites participating in one element of that theme. So for example our first month is "The Protagonist" or you the hero. We have a number of different topics and activities under that umbrella that we will be working with a number of the fan sites in the community to flesh out in detail. Each month will have a different theme and with the different theme comes different information about the game to the community. Additionally. Very soon we'll be sending out weekly updates. I'm a big fan of getting some amount of new info out to the community every week and as much as possible.
This report is only a few questions but there is more to read at NW Vault.
