Games Domain has tossed up a review of Mad Doc's/Gas Powered Games'/Microsoft's stand-alone expansion 'Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna'. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars and a "Top Game" award.
The new campaign, playable in either single or multiplayer mode, mainly takes place on an island off the coast of the kingdom of Ehb, featured in the original game; there's a new world map for you to follow your progress on. The plot isn't really much to write home about - the usual tale of ancient evil reawakened, and you following in the footsteps of your heroic parents to set the world to rights. As you'll be expecting if you played the original, it essentially boils down to having a linear path through a variety of different interior and exterior landscapes with plenty of monsters to bash along the way.
