Whiile we're looking at financial results, we may as well take a look at Vivendi who posted strong figures on the back of 'World of Warcraft', according to GamesIndustry.biz:Attributing the better than expected results to a strong telecommunications performance, the company also noted that its dedicated games division, Vivendi Universal Games, had made a substantial contribution, posting revenues of 158 million Euro; an increase of 151 percent at constant currency. The results for the first nine months showed an increase of 88 percent on the same period in 2004. |
