A short (and positive) review of Grom has been posted at Khabal Gaming. Their rating is 7/10. Their conclusion:

I admit that I had a pretty mixed reaction to this game. On the one hand, the story and interface are pretty damned good. On the other hand, the technical qualities or lack thereof, kind of make it a flop.

All in all, it's the kind of title that’ll give you the reward you deserve if you’re prepared to put a little time into it. Adventure nuts who miss the days of Kings Quest and Monkey Island should find solace here, and those looking for a little adventure without the 2kg ring bound manual that’s often attached, will find it a breath of fresh air.
