Here's an announcement from Funcom:
Citizens of Rubi-Ka have once again received a major content addition

The highlight of this content patch was the massive dungeon complex Temple of the Three Winds.

In addition, Funcom once again shows that player behaviour makes a difference. The actions of a major player organization has led to the introduction of a band of mercanaries in the neutral city of Newland. Go check them out!

For in-depth information on the patch, as usual with a complete range of updates and improvements, go to:

The story behind the new massive dungeon The Temple of the three winds

A small, albeit devout, cult worshipping the power of the three winds of time have long been thought lost. Hidden inside their massive temple they have for decades tried to unleash their power.

If they can just seize control of the winds, they believe, they can control time, and ultimately embark on the journey to paradise.

That elusive journey, it seems, might have consequences far beyond their comprehension...

The story behind the change of guards in Newland City

Neutrals have been picked on for a long time. When Tir, one of the main clan cities, was effectively shut down for them through the actions of a fanatic story-clan, they were dealt a severe blow. No longer could they access this haven of trade and information. The city of Newland hence became even more important to them.

The neutrals were approached by the leader of a strong band of NPC mercenaries who offered them the opportunity to fight back, and take matters into their own hands. The result can be seen in the patch, and once more proves that player actions lead to changes on Rubi-Ka.
