Tomek Gardiasz: Well, any game that gets the adrenaline flowing or gets you really involved in the thing, so that you even get goose bumps from playing - most of the big shoot 'em ups fall into this category, particularly the ones you can play with and against a group of friends or co-workers - take your frustrations out on them :-) - like Unreal Tournament.
