Irrational's 'Freedom Force vs The Third Reich' has been previewed at VideoGamesLife. Here's a snip:
Irrational Games came up with a solution to this conundrum a couple of years ago, by creating its own superhero team. Thus the Freedom Force was born, led by the patriotic Minuteman on a crusade to rid Patriot City of evil. During his journey, several like-minded individuals joined his brigade, including the aquatic Man 'O War, speedster The Bullet and the tragic Man-Bot. In all, the Freedom Force comprised of thirteen champions of justice, with every one of them altered by the presence of Energy X, an alien compound accidentally introduced into Earth's atmosphere by a doomed extra-terrestrial vessel. However, while many fortified with Energy X rallied to the banner of good, so other metahumans turned to the dark side. Costumed clowns hailing by such monikers as Nuclear Winter, Mr Mechanical and Deja Vu all strove to defeat the Freedom Force and make off with their ill-gotten gains, scot-free.
