The review of Earth & Beyond at RPGVault by Jonric is very positive about the game. While not offering a numerical rating, his last words speak for themselves:
There isn't really a last word at this time; Earth & Beyond being a persistent state title, it has the potential to carry on for years. What I will say now is that in every major area, it has either met or exceeded my expectations as a player. I can certainly envision myself continuing to play for some time. My Progen Warrior is nowhere near level 150 or even level 100 yet, and it will probably take me much longer than 400 hours to top him out because prefer to vary my activities rather than just simply power levelling. After that, or perhaps even before, there are other classes to try. From the beta, I know it is different playing a Tradesman and an Explorer, at least up to level 30 or so, and that leaves three more classes I've experienced either barely or not at all. Is Earth & Beyond a game you should try? That's a decision only you can make because only you know what you enjoy. As for my decision - for me - if you happen to find yourself near a silvery ship called the Star Paladin, be sure to say hello. That will be me, having fun. |
