We trust it's been worth the wait because with the game now roaring towards completion, the build on view at E3 was certainly looking highly polished and definitely showing more than a few influences from guiding divinity Peter Molyneux.

The level on offer was a relatively simple one entitled The Bandit Path... And so with buckle freshly swashed and a gleam in our eye, we set out to conquer those treacherous banditos and their naughty fortified encampment.

Fable's graphics are decent enough in a slightly cartoony kind of way, but it wasn't long before we got a chance to test out the combat system in earnest.
