It's not often that you can get all of the guys here at IGNPC excited about an MMO. In fact, the only one's we've been unanimously excited about have been World of Warcraft and City of Heroes. There has to be something very interesting about a game for us to toy with the idea of sacrificing even more hours at the altar of gaming while risking the wrath of loved ones. Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures has pushed us to the chopping block and we're seriously considering giving up the goat.

This year's E3 was terrific in a lot of respects and getting the chance to see the progress Funcom has made on their action-RPG MMO was only icing on a very fatty cake. What we learned from the meeting is that Age of Conan has come a long way from its initial showings and is really starting to come together. There are a lot of terrific ideas that make Conan stand out in the crowded MMO space and we had the chance to see a lot of them in the demo this year.
