A critical review of 'Lords of EverQuest' can be found at Video Game News. There's no score but the rating is 'worth renting'. Here's a sample:
I couldn't help but feel that this game was built using some sort of Real Time Strategy Construction Kit. If there is such a thing, this would be a classic example of it in use. Everything you've come to know from an RTS is here...

1. Build unique buildings, and each unique building produces a unique unit type.
2. Form a large army, group all of them into a mob, and attack the enemy in force.
3. Watch as your opponent sends half a dozen units at your base over and over again.
4. Keep your master unit alive, or essentially lose the game.
