Firaxis has released a Bonus Theme Pack for Pirates!, which you can grab from 3D Gamers. Here's their blurb:
Firaxis has issued a bonus theme pack for Sid Meier's Pirates!, offering the option to modify their 3D role-playing action adventure hybrid. This download includes new sail emblems, flags, music, and changes to "some of the characters you meet in the Pirate Havens.
