For lovers of role-playing and hack-and-slash adventuring, they don't come much better than Diablo II. As for Lord Of Destruction, it's a pretty typical expansion pack, adding new character classes, another act, and the obligatory hordes of new monsters, skills, weapons, and items. More important, it enables Diablo II to run at 800X600 resolution, a massive improvement over the game's original limit of 640X480 -- and a source of contention.
