Game Axis' Jason Woo reveals his rather rave review for Fable: The Lost Chapters, in which he awards Fable an overall scoring of 8.5 out of 10...

In all, I have fully enjoyed this PC port and all of its additional contents, having played the original console version myself and I would dare say that the game would still be a success even if these new features were not added. Fable is already a great game on the Xbox and the one-third portion of the brand new content is just a win-more.

Additionally, Gaming Age's Rich Nolan also composes his own critique for Fable: The Lost Chapters, for which Rich awards Fable an overall grading of "B+"...

Overall, fable is a very accessible and pretty RPG. Perhaps it could benefit from added complexity and higher difficulty. However, it’s certainly something you want to be buying – if not for yourself (as I’m sure you’re a hardcore gamer. Right? Right??), then for your young-teenage brother. Playability, humour, graphics, quality voice acting, and a competent story line make Fable a very decent game indeed.
