Jonathan Chey of Irrational Games was partner in a Freedom Force interview at Gaming Lounge. Here's something:
[Raph] The artwork is very stylised, being based on our favourite comic book memories. Once locked into this look & style, did it pose any problems in production and marketing stages?

[Jonathon] The main problem was finding marketing people who "got" what we were trying to do with the look and feel. There were some notable problems with early concepts for the game ads and box cover because the people creating them weren't really clear what were trying to do.

[Shane] What powers would you have liked to add to the list but couldn't and why?

[Jonathon] Growing and shrinking characters would have been great, but technically quite difficult to pull off.
