Here's an interesting bit, about the similarities between Might&magic and Wizardry: >The two games are similar, and the two companies responsible, New World and Sir-Tech, have been friendly rivals for years. But times are changing. Online RPGs are drawing fans away from stand-alone games, and despite the overall market expanding, sales of single player RPGs are dwindling. This was evidenced by the recent demise of Sir-Tech, after almost two decades of loyal service to its fans. Can the Might & Magic series make it to double digits? If Might & Magic 9 is anything to go by, the answer is yes.
