AC2 Article on Summoning Creatures

A new article at AC2 Insider talks about summoning creatures. This is na interesting tidbit about summoning skills:
Powers of summoning are also found in the various skill trees, including the more specialized paths (to be detailed in a later article). While no one race is more powerful than another, they each exhibit their own distinct identities--which extends to summoning pets.

As just a few examples, the Tumerok Hive Keeper can summon anything from individual wasps on up to entire swarms for aid in battle, while the Feral Intendant can summon Reed Sharks and Shreths. Evoking the mechanical bent of the Lugian thinkers, Tactician skills create weapon turrets to set about the landscape. Other Tactician skills add new features to these turrets, such as grapeshot, armor piercing and even self-destruct capabilities; plus, unlike other pets, these turrets persist after their creator leaves the game.

Beyond summoning, other skills can be used to aid your pets in battle, improving their Health and Vigor. Some pets have abilities to aid themselves and allies, harm opponents, or--in the case of the Tumerok Invoker's Master Golem--direct other pets in battle.
