SLCentral has written a review of Arcanum - Of Steamworks And Magick Obscura. Their rating is rather low (5.5/10), and their conclusion is - hm, well, read yourself:

Again, for a game that seems to be the orphaned lovechild of Diablo and Fallout Tactics, the game seems to have inherited only the worst traits of each. As I stated before I only completed about a quarter of the game, and even that was a stretch. An average gamer won't stick with a game if he stops having fun for longer than five hours. Out of good faith, I kept on playing, but when you're 40 hours into a game and you haven't enjoyed the last 30, something is definitely wrong.
