Hollywood has a vast number of famous filmmakers along the lines of Alfred Hitchcock and Martin Scorsese – names that all ring a bell. In the gaming world such celebrities are still relatively few, but none the less there are some superstars such as Will Wright, Sid Meier, Hideo Kojima and Richard Garriot, who earned worldwide game-fame with his Ultima roleplaying series in the 80s and 90s, culminating in Ultima Online.

Now he's the head designer on Tabula Rasa, NCsoft’s next MMORPG which, is nothing like the old Ultima games. Tabula Rasa is a mix between roleplaying and action shooting.
