The video is available in Bink or WMV formats and discusses how you go about putting together a dungeon. The TES Construction Set is the tool we use to create Morrowind, and will also be shipping with the PC version of the game when it is released in Spring 2002. He noted that their server is already swanped, so try Morrowind Summit instead...
